Owner recovery

Restore your identity session.

Use the Sanctum email link for AAL1 bootstrap only. After it returns, Sanctum requires the separately enrolled TOTP recovery factor before a replacement owner passkey can be trusted.

This email step only restores an AAL1 identity session. It cannot approve an action or create owner authority. Sanctum will require the separately enrolled TOTP factor before passkey replacement.
